TikTok has launched Pulse, a product that will allow creators to earn.
-
TikTok Pulse will allow creators with at least 100,000 followers to earn money with their content.
-
TikTok was introduced in 2016 by a Chinese startup company named ByteDance.
TikTok recently announced the launch of TikTok Pulse, an advertising solution that will enable various brands’ ads to appear at the top of every video.
This innovation represents TikTok’s first ad product. The company disclosed that the revenue for the product will be shared with its creators and publishers.
TikTok stated in their blog that only creators and publishers with a minimum of 100,000 followers will be allowed to participate in the revenue share program during the first stage.
Also, the social media giant divulged that the product would officially launch in June 2022, starting with the U.S. It will, however, be extended to other countries in the following months.
Only the advertisers invited by TikTok to participate will gain access to join the program. Although it plans to add more advertisers as the program develops.
TikTok said that the Pulse program will enable brands to target their ads to specific areas on the app.
TikTok Pulse is as a result of the company’s intent to monetize solutions in the available markets to ensure that content creators get rewarded.
