People Magazine reported on Thursday that superstar singer, Rihanna, has welcomed her first child with partner, A$AP Rocky.

According to the publication, the boy child was born last Friday, May 13, 2022, in Los Angeles. The new parents have, however, not shared the child’s name or birthday.

The couple took the internet by storm when they announced that they were expecting their first child together. Rihanna set style trends in a distinct fashion, showing off her baby bump.

It will be recalled that during an interview with British Vogue in 2020, the Fenty founder disclosed that children are included in her plan for the next 10 years. She estimated that she could have between three to four children.

“I’ll have kids… three or four of em… the only thing that matters is happiness, and that’s the only healthy relationship between a parent and a child. That’s the only thing that can raise a child truly, is love.”

34-year-old Rihanna and A$AP Rocky had been friends for years, before disclosing that they are in a romantic relationship in May 2021.

During an interview with GQ, Rocky called her the love of his life and claimed that fatherhood was his destiny. He also stated that he expects to be an amazing dad with a “very fly child”.

Meanwhile, several celebrities have taken to social media to congratulate the artist, including Chris Brown and Priyanka Chopra.
