Boxing star, Tyson Fury has disclosed that he plans to retire from the sport in April, after his upcoming WBC Title defense against Dillian Whyte. The British heavyweight world champion claims to have made all the money he will ever need and he doesn’t intend to live a luxurious lifestyle.
Speaking during an interview with BT Sport, Fury claimed that the only thing that he can gain from a fight is money, and after this fight, he would have earned over 100 million pounds. “if i can spend that, i don’t deserve any more, do I?” he added.

Fury also compared his lifestyle to that of Boxing legends Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield, claiming that it was a stark contrast.
The British boxer also said:
“I’ve got stuff I want to do, a lot of opportunities that don’t involve me getting brain damage, I’ve got 6 kids and a wife…”
The heavyweight champion also disclosed that he plans to retire an unbeaten heavyweight champion.

After a tense trilogy with Deontay Wilder in which Tyson Fury came out on top, there have been a lot of speculations about him going up against Oleksandr Usyk or Anthony Joshua but neither of those fights came to happen.
If Fury can avoid a defeat against Whyte in April, he will have a boxing record of 31 wins in 32 fights, without any losses.
