Finidi George, Former Super Eagles winger has insisted that he will continue to apply for jobs with the Nigerian national teams despite being overlooked twice.
On two occasion, Finidi has failed to get the nod for the U-17 job, stating that he was very disappointed by the outcome He however choose to remain patient, admitting that he would jump on the opportunity to apply again if there is a chance.
According to Finidi George, he understands the Nigerian system and how it works, but he would continue to try his chances again.
In 2018, he was rejected and ex teammate Manu Garba was chosen for the U17 job. Finidi once again applied for the post and was turned down again as Fatai Amoo, a veteran local manager got the nod from the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).
