Nigeria female football star, Rasheesat Ajibade has helped her team Atletico Madrid win Spanish Women’s Super Cup
The Super Falcon star was in action for the Madrid based club as they won the cup championship
Athletico defeated Levante in the final on Saturday, January 16 by three goals to nil
Nigerian female football star Rasheedat Ajibade turbed out in action for Atletico Madrid as they thrashed Levante 3-0 in the Spanish Women’s Super Cup final on Saturday.
Ajibade was in action as the Spanish capital club won their first ever Spanish Women’s Super Cup title. The Super Falcon star, who moved from Norwegian side Avaldnes to Athletico Madrid on January 1, was introduced with eight minutes left in the final.
Deyin Castellanos’s three first half goals and Indomitable Lionessof Cameroon’s star Ajara Nchout sealed the comfortable victory.
Castellanos first goal came on the few minutes after kickoff just before Nchout in the 22nd minutes doubled their lead.
In the 32nd minute Nchout slotted home her second goal of the game to make it 3-0 in favour of Atletico.
Meanwhile, we reported earlier that the Nigerian government has directed all telecommunication operators to deregister all SIM cards that are not synchronized with the National Identity Number (NIN) by December 30th 2020.
