World’s First Unisex Condom Invented

  • The world’s first unisex condom called the wondaleaf has been invented from medical grade materials
  • The sex barrier was invented by Malaysian gynecologist John Tang Ing Ching
  • Unlike regular protection, this invention works by adhering to the vagina or penis of the wearer

You probably already know that there are male and female condoms but what if I told you that one has been designed to be used by both males and females?

Wondaleaf which is being advertised as the world’s first unisex condom was invented by Malaysian gynecologist John Tang Ing Ching.

The sex barrier was reportedly manufactured from a medical-grade material called polyurethane.

Polyurethane is commonly used in wound dressing due to its thinness and flexibility, and it is also waterproof.

John Tang Ing Ching believes that his special invention can be used to better control sex health regardless of one’s sex.

The Wondaleaf is designed like a regular condom but with an adhesive cover that sticks to the vagina or penis.

Tang Ing Chinh disclosed that the adhesive is only added to one part of the condom, which means that it can be reversed and used by any sex.

Following the success of a few clinical trials, the gynecologist is optimistic that this barrier can be introduced as a form of contraception in the future.
