Football Legends John Terry and Roberto Carlos Arrive in Lagos

Former English and Brazilian football stars John Terry and Roberto Carlos have arrived in Nigeria for a charity match this weekend.

Both former star plays were captured in Lagos when they arrived at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport ahead of the Budweiser games of kings.

It was reported that two football legends will be split into two teams alongside selected players from the Nigerian Professional Football League and the teams will be managed by two lucky fans.

Osinachi Egbuche and Seun John emerged as the winners and they will be coaching Smooth FC and Kings FC respectively.

Terry and Carlos will lead both teams outside in the contest which is aimed at providing aspiring footballers with a platform.

The two have taken little time to settle after a video showed them training alongside a host of NPFL stars.

40-year-old John Terry served as the captain of Chelsea for most of his playing career. After leaving the club in 2017, he joined Aston Villa where he played for one year before retiring.
