The 23-year-old artist claims to have implanted gold chains directly into his skull.

The musician who has a whopping 1.9 million followers on TikTok has been sporting this hair since April this year.

In a video clip from April, he alleged that the chains were hooked under into his skull.

“I have it as a hook that is implanted in my head and that hook has hooks and they are all hooked in my skull, under my skin,”

While many people had a doubt that his claims of the chains being gold were legitimate, he went ahead to prove it by posting a clip of the chains sinking when placed inside water.

Whether the musician’s claims are legitimate or not, health experts have warned others who might want to try out Dan Sur’s implants.

A plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Agullo has warned that this surgery procedure carries immense risks to the bearer.

Agulla claimed that such implants put the bearer at risk of bacterial infections by offering an easy part between the outside world and the body.

He also stated that the individual’s skull could be fractured by a tug on the chain or even the pressure from the weight.
