Fani Kayode’s Ex-wife Sues For Custody Of The Children
-The estranged wife of Fani Kayode, Precious Chikwendu has taken legal actions to retain custody of their children
-The lawsuit was filed at an Abuja High Court for the custody of four children produced in the marriage
-She also asked the court to order the ex-minister to pay N3.438 million monthly for the upkeep of the children
Precious Chikwendu has filed a lawsuit against Fani Kayode for custody of their children.
The suit, CV/372/2021 was filed before Justice Sylvanus Oriji at a federal high court in Abuja.
Miss Chikwendu seeks the custody of their four children. She also asked the court to compel FFK to pay N3.438 million monthly for the upkeep of these children.
The ex-beauty queen claims that the children have been emotionally traumatized due to being separated from her at a young age.
The four children from the marriage who are all below six include a set of triplets. They have allegedly been separated from their mother since August 2, 2020.
Miss Chikwendu claims that she was assaulted and stripped naked on several occasions by the PDP Chieftain.

Fani Kayode failed to show up at the court but he has debunked rumors of being a wife-beater.
The controversial politician also claimed that his wife was an abuser and adulterer during their time together.
The case has been adjourned till 17 March 2021.
