You’re talking bullshit – Yung6ix slams Patrick Doyle for condemning Davido’s ‘IF’

Nigerian hip hop Afro-Hiphop recording artist, Onome Onokohwomo, better known by his stage name Yung6ix, has reacted to ace actor, Patrick Doyle’s thoughts on Davido’s ‘IF’. A few hours ago, the veteran broadcaster thumbed down Davido’s much circulated hit, faulting his “30 billion in the account” catchphrase. Yung6ix slams Patrick Doyle for condemning Davido’s ‘IF’.

But Yung6ix has termed Doyle’s opinion about the song as “Bullshit.”

Yung6ix slams Patrick Doyle for condemning Davido’s ‘IF’Recall that Doyle, in a chat with HipTV, said the song is causing a serious harm to the Nigerian youths. He noted that people, especially youths’ don’t understand that money does not come easily and most of them may just out to do anything just to get the money either by hook or by crook.

Doyle said, “Entertainment and pop culture impact the people in a very subtle but insidious manner. We get our mannerisms. Are you beginning to hear ’30 billion for our account ooo’” the ace actor mimicked Davido, saying and that’s from entertainment. When you start telling a young child ’30 billion for our account ooo’, he is singing it and he is going to grow up to want to get 30 billion in his account by any means necessary.
