DMW’s hip-hop gem Dremo, has revealed that he might not be getting married. The Davido’s protege, who is one of the new school acts on Nigerian airwaves, announced this on Snapchat. From all indication, his decision may not be unconnected with the baby mama plague that has hit the Nigerian music industry, and it seems that is where Dremo who is signed to Davido’s record label, is heading to. Recently, the ‘Ojere’ hitmaker waded in on the babymama trend in the Nigerian Entertainment industry. Although he stated he would rather get married and have kids than have baby mamas, Dremo, also made it known to Sound City that having a babymama isn’t all bad as long as such person has the money to take care of the kid and the mama.

Asked if he would like to get married and settle down, he said, “It depends on how I am feeling. If you have money and you can take care of your baby and your babymama, you can go ahead. But when I have money, I will rather have a wife and settle down that have a babymama.”
He explained why artistes have babymamas here and there saying “When you get married, it just shifts your focus and whatever you are doing…” Watch the video HERE.
