Nollywood actress, Seyi Hunter, has revealed that female actresses give up their bodies for movie roles. The news of exchanging sex for movie roles is no longer a new thing in the Nigerian Entertainment Industry especially Nollywood, although, some actresses have over time said they have no idea about it or have never fallen victims. Hunter, who had once claimed money was more important to her in a relationship, further revealed that she has since grown past the level of offering her body for movie roles. The actress came to limelight after she claimed she was a virgin sometimes back. She sparked controversies and reactions by her claim within the online community and in a recent chat with Potpourri, confirmed the doubts of many about the Nigerian movie industry and sex.

She said: “Filmmakers like ass-licking and I’ve passed that stage of licking asses, so it’s the job I see that I do. You’ll be surprised the rate at which ladies offer their pussy to get roles, and these are known faces. Acting isn’t paying my bills or feeding me, someone else would have given up but it’s a hobby for me, something I love and enjoy doing, so I’m not going anywhere. I already made up my mind to improve on my productions and feature in them, plus the jobs I’m getting, I’m sure I’ll be fine,” she insisted.
In 2014 when Hunter came out to declare she is a virgin, just like Afro-pop singer, Adokiye, many thought she could possibly be the last of the virgins in the Nigerian entertainment industry even though they found it hard to believe. As a Performing Arts, Industrial and Labour Relations’ graduate from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, Hunter did not or has not let any man get between her thighs.

The actress, who has featured in close to twenty films in both Yoruba and English language movies, had said if she could change anything in the industry, it would be ‘the practice of not paying or appreciating new actresses. They feel that because you’re upcoming, they are doing you a favour by featuring you in the movie. That’s one trend I’d like to change. I have told myself that whatever production I do, everyone must be paid as long as you worked on that set, you should be paid for it. Besides that, I think Nollywood has improved a lot.’
Asked if she would have sex in a movie, she added: “We don’t have real sex in movies, it’s make-believe, we don’t do the real thing. I can kiss, smooch and touch. It’s my job, there’s nothing to it and it ends there, it doesn’t go beyond the camera.”
