Russia-Ukraine War: Elon Musk and Putin Set to Fight for Ukraine

• Tesla CEO, Elon Musk has challenged Russian President Vladimir Putin to a fight for the fate of Ukraine

• The billionaire made a tweet saying: “I hereby challenge Vladimir Putin to single combat. Stakes are Ukraine,”

• There has been no reply from Kremlin regarding the challenge made by the billionaire

The Chief Executive Officer of Tesla, Elon Musk has challenged the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin to a fight with Ukraine at stake.

The billionaire made a tweet on social media saying:

“I hereby challenge Vladimir Putin to single combat, the stakes are Ukraine.”

The world’s richest man went on to tag the President’s official page (@KremlinRussia_E) saying “Do you agree to this fight?”

When one of his followers asked the SpaceX boss if he was certain about his challenge of the Russian leader, he said “absolutely serious.”

The 50-year-old’s challenge to Putin came amid Russia continued invasion of Ukraine. Russia has been on a 19-day rampage of Ukraine since its troops entered Ukraine on February 24th.

The war has resulted in the deaths of thousands of people (both civilians and military personnel), while cities in Ukraine have also been destroyed.

Despite the countries scheduling peace talks for Monday, the Russian army continues to attack Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine.

This is not the first time that Musk has provided assistance of some sort to Ukraine. Last month he responded to Kyiv’s plea for assistance by sending equipment to bring internet connectivity in areas that had been hit by the Russian military.
