The post on Twitter reads:

“In infinite sorrow, we share the passing of the most caring and amazing football agent that ever was.”

Mino fought until the end with the same strength he put on negotiation tables to defend our players. As usual, Mino made us proud and never realised it.”

In January, Raiola’s account posted a tweet revealing that he was undergoing a medical check-up. The tweet, however, claimed that it was not a medical emergency.

The recent confirmation of Raiola’s death by his family comes two days after an incorrect report of his death spread.

A report from famous sports journalist, Fabrizio Romano revealed that the super-agent had been sick for months.
