Chelsea Owner, Roman Abramovich is going out of his way to ensure that the club regains its elite status.
It has been reported by Mirror, that the Russian billionaire will release over £200 million for signings at the end of the season.
A transfer kit of £260 million is available for the club to sign free-scoring Borussia Dortmund striker, Erling Haaland.

The player who has been in prolific form is expected to leave next year when the £65m release clause in his contract becomes active.
However, Roman would rather secure the services of the striker on high this season, rather than wait till 2022 for a bidding war with top clubs like Real Madrid and Manchester United.
Dortmund is open to selling off their star man due to current financial concerns in the club.
The player is expected to demand a wage in the range of £300,000 per week in a five-year contract.
Dortmund’s CEO, Hans-Joachim Watzke however maintains that the player will be willing to stay for another season to mature into a world-class striker.
