COVID 19 vaccine

The Executive Director of the National Primary Healthcare Development Agency (NPHCDA) Dr Faisal Shuaib passed this information during a press briefing in Abuja on Tuesday.

The NPHCDA boss stated that the federal government may begin to “apply the rule of law” to people who fail to receive the vaccine.

Dr Shuaib also revealed that the Presidential Steering Committee for COVID 19 is exploring ways to make more vaccines available to citizens of the country.

Dr Shuaib stated that the refusal of the vaccine could be deemed as you endangering the lives of others.

“If some individuals refuse to take the vaccine, hence endangering those who have or those who could not due to medical exemptions, then we have to apply the basic rule of law which stipulates that your human right stops where mine begins.”
