A yet-to-be identified woman has left her baby behind in a commercial vehicle in Owerri, the Imo State capital.
According to the driver in whose bus the baby was found, he heard a little child’s voice coming from the last row of seats inside the vehicle and asked someone to find out where it was coming from. There and then, the baby was found alone.
All effort to find whose baby it was within the vicinity proves abortiv, hence, he decided to take the baby to the radio station so a public announcement would be made and anyone who can recognise the child or reach the mother may come forward.
