The President is due to be back in the country by the 2nd week of July, according to a statement by the special adviser to the president on media and publicity, Femi Adesina
President Muhammadu Buhari is set to leave Nigerian for a follow-up medical trip on Friday, June 25, 2021, according to the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina.
The president will be headed to London, United Kingdom, the location of his medical doctor.
This trip is coming just 3 weeks after the president made a visit to the same location for a medical checkup.
The President is not to be expected in the country until the 2nd week of July, meaning he’ll spend close to 3 weeks here.
A statement from the President’s side reads;
“President Muhammadu Buhari will proceed to London, the United Kingdom on Friday, June 25, 2021, for a scheduled medical follow-up. He is due back in the country during the second week of July 2021.”

On March 30 2021, President Muhammadu Buhari left Abuja for London for a scheduled medical check-up.
He later returned to Abuja on April 15 2021, after spending 2 weeks away from home.
Since being elected President, Buhari has made several trips to London for treatments and checkups.
