
Gunshot from men of the Nigerian Police Force has claimed the life of a protester, Jimoh Isiaq in ogbomosho area of Osun State.
The campaigns to put an end to police brutality took a swift turn last week and it has birthed series of protest across the country in the last few days.
Jimoh Isiaq, one of the protesters who came out today amongst the crowd in Ogbomosho to add his voice to the call for the immediate end to police brutality but unfortunately met his untimely death in the hands of trigger-happy operatives of the Nigerian police.
The identity of the deceased was posted by some Twitter uses as Jimoh Isiaq of Ogiri Compound, Ita Alasa, Ogbomoso, Oyo State. Jimoh Isiaq was reported to be standing a few distance away from the protest, but was eventually hit by a stray bullet when the police opened fire.
