
Emirates Airline Bans Flights From Nigeria To Dubai Again

Emirates Airline has suspended flights to and from Nigerian cities (Lagos and Abuja) until further notice

The suspension will take effect from June 21 and passengers who have to or connected to Nigeria are not permitted to board to UAE

The airline also announced that flights from South Africa will also remain suspended till July 6
Dubai’s Emirates airline has announced that flights from Nigeria are suspended from June 21 until further notice.

Travelling passengers to and from Lagos and Abuja will no longer be accepted into the country.
Passengers who have also been to Nigeria or connected to Nigeria in the last 14 days will not be allowed to board flights into the United Arab Emirates.

Passengers with already scheduled flights have been advised to call their booking agents for rebooking.
The statement for Emirates airlines can be seen below
“In line with government directives, passenger flights to and from Nigeria (Lagos and Abuja) are suspended with effect from 21 June 2021 until further notice.
“Customers travelling to and from Lagos and Abuja will not be accepted for travel. Customers who have been to or connected through Nigeria in the last 14 days are not permitted to board from any other point to the UAE.”

Emirates Airline also announced that flights from South Africa will remain suspended till July 6.

Customers who have been connected to South Africa in the last 14 days are also restricted from boarding flights to UAE.
