Adultery Scandal: Daddy Freeze To Appeal Ruling

-Media personality, Daddy Freeze has promised to appeal the Rivers High Court ruling compelling him to pay a fine of N5 million

-The court ruled against Freeze for having an affair with Benedicta Elechi who was married at the time of the incident

-The OAP says that the ruling was issued in his absence and he was not invited to court

Ifedayo Olarinde, popularly known as Daddy Freeze has promised to appeal the ruling by Rivers High Court ordering him to pay a fine of N5 million.

Yesterday we reported that the On-Air Personality was found guilty of having an affair with Benedicta Elechi who was legally married.

In his first media appearance since the incident, Freeze claimed that he wasn’t served by the court and the ruling was in his absence.

The OAP claimed that the ruling is not final until it gets to the Supreme Court and he didn’t have a chance to defend himself.

He added that he is confident in the judiciary system’s ability to provide a fair ruling.

Hon Justice Akpughunum was the presiding judge over the case and Paul Odekina was the husband of the defendant.
