Young6ix Calls Out Industry Colleagues For Faking Love After Eric Arubayi Died
On the 11th of February we lost Eric Arubayi at Delta State University Teaching Hospital after battling and illness. after that incident, a lot of Nigerian artiste took to their social media platforms to pay their tribute and condolences. But in a recent interview with HipTV, Young6ix calls out Industry colleagues for faking love after Eric Arubayi Died.
The 2007 West African Idols runner-up isn’t pleased with his colleagues. He his particularly not pleased with the ‘fake love’ his colleagues were displaying after Eric’s death. He shared his feelings in an interview with HipTV;
“We lost one of our colleagues and lot of people started faking love on social media like we all knew this guy. If you look at most people faking and showing fake love, they are not even following the guy. Most of them started following him after he died. Most people never posted his songs, most people where never there to support him as at the time he needed them but look at everybody now. Acting like they all wanted him to win. It was sad and i wcan’tas hurt that they where taking advantage of something like that. Its not right. We are talking about life and death here. It’s not right. I’m not just speaking for myself but for people who had it in their minds and hearts but never had the guts to say it because it was being fronted by celebrities.”
I usually wonder why there’s so much gap between the gospel artistes and the circular artistes. Please, they should work more on their relationship. Like I always say, there is no need displaying love when one is dead, they really can’t hear you then and they will never know how you felt about them. So please, Let them know when they are still here.
