Some people dey beef me, stay on your lane abeg – 2face

Nigerian music legend, 2face says he cares less about people who have decided to ‘beef him or quarrel with him’. Some people dey beef me, stay on your lane abeg – 2face

The music royalty, who is undoubtedly one of the wealthiest but most humble singer, explains why he decided to lead a simple life and steer clear of feuds.

Some people dey beef me, stay on your lane abeg, 2face

In a recent chat, the ‘African Queen’ crooner said, “Some people dey quarrel with me but me I nor know say dem dey quarrel with me sef.

“I said it in one of my songs: life is so simple: you are on your on path, I am on mine.”

2baba as he is fondly called further said he writes his songs.

According to him, “I write most of my songs. I welcome contributions from people – if I feel it. But most of my songs, I write them myself.”

Shebi people said the ace singer pays people to write songs for him? Have you heard? He has confirmed he writes himself…Lol

I’m sure this is an indirect response to Eedris Abdulkareem who called out 2face, saying all he knows how to do is love song and impregnating women.

Na wa o. For no just cause, he just wake up dey blast my brother. (Yes, 2baba is my brother).

This was what Abdulkareem said about 2baba.

He called him ‘mad’, made mockery of him, recalling how he started a protest he could not finish. He also added that most of his hits were written by former group mate, Blackface (who cares, story for the gods).

He said, “The other day, 2face go dey disrespect Daddy Showkey. You dey mad, you don forget say na Blackface dey write all your hits? Who send you make you go put your hand for protest wey them no call you?

“You don forget say what you do basically is love songs and impregnating girls..”

Veteran singer, Daddy Showkey also came out to say 2baba disrespected him. Okay, continue! From findings, Daddy Showkey and 2face were said to have fixed an appointment to meet at a studio and record a new song together but the ‘African Queen’ crooner failed to show up on the D-day.

Anyway, let’s watch how this purported feud unfolds.
