Paul Okoye of the popular Psquare fame, has gone down memory lane with a throw back photo he shared on his Instagram page. The singer / dancer, who is popularly referred to as Rude Boy, recounted the days when money and fame was a myth to him and how he vowed to work harder so he would not see poverty again. Having been motivated by the epic throwback photo which revealed him looking all skinny and poor, he urged his fans never to give up the struggle, noting that ‘poverty is a bastard.’ Paul Okoye Psquare vows.
Here’s what he captioned the photo: “I get motivated like every day whenever I look at this picture. And this song “I don’t wanna go there” by Chris Brown always comes to my mind.

“You should never go there; like seriously!!! I don’t wanna go back there mehn… That’s why we keep working hard. May God bless everyone’s hustle. And may you find that picture that will keep you motivated.”
The singer, who alongside his brother is rated the richest artistes in Africa, is obviously not thinking of himself as having arrived in life. To this end, he said he vowed to continue working hard with his brother to kill poverty forever.
He further wrote: “May God also keep you succeeding. God bless you all. #Only God. #Nobody Ugly. #Tbt. Poverty is a bastard!!!” Hard work pays!!!” he added.
