Awww, he is just like me or I am just like him…all join.
In this chat with Beat FM, Mr. May D aka Akinmayokun Awodumila spoke at length, letting us in on some stuff.
Whoever said he was gnna retire from music? Oh please, he has just ‘cleared your doubts’.
This was just as the ‘Row Ya Boat’ crooner stated for a fact that he is not retiring from music unlike what many have been saying.
May D, formally signed to the R&B duo P-Square record label ‘Square records’ but currently runs his own label, ‘Confam Entertainment, talked about his label, saying he is yet to sign a new artiste because he is yet to find the perfect one to match his sound.
A brief on what he said below…
“Nobody can make it solo. I’m not solo. Just so you know, I am still affiliated with Psquare, Davido and others.
“I have always been with Confam Entertainment since 2012 and I am still working on bringing someone into the team.
“You know, It’s not just about bringing someone new into the team, the person has to blend with you kind of style. Even if he or she does not blend, at least, there should be a musical connection.”
He confirmed he was still living in the United States of America.

When asked how he is coping with President Donald Trump, the singer said: “I live in the US yeah, but I have no business with Trump. Basically, the main thing about life is minding your business because if you are doing your thing. So, I don’t think you will actually be in anybody’s face.”
