To say the least, 2face is undoubtedly one of the most loved and admired figure within and outside the Nigerian entertainment industry.
That attribute of course is not an overstatement, right?
At the peak of his reign as a single man, the ‘African Queen’ crooner had three baby mamas, namely Sunmbo Ajaba, Pero Adeniyi and Annie Macaulay, who eventually turned out to be his wife.
Despite this, Annie sees 2face as her all in all, a situation a lot of Nigerian women would have turned their backs on.
As a bachelor that lots of gorgeous and successful women struggled to be with, 2face proposed to his long time lover, Annie.
Having fathered seven children from different women, most of his fans and concerned Nigerians gave up speculating who would eventually succeed in becoming his bride.
While some suggested that he wasn’t going to settle for any of the baby mamas, others speculated he would go for someone new and fresh.
But like in a well scripted movie, 2face won the hearts of many when he asked Annie to marry him.
Of course, she said ‘Yes’.
I’m sure she did not have to give it a second thought. Now, that’s what I call true love!

They however tied the nuptial nuts in a lavishing wedding ceremony in Dubai in 2013.
Rather than fade, it is apparent that the fire of their love is even burning brighter.
This was just as 2face released the remix of his biggest hit song, African Queen.
He dedicated it to his lovely wife recently during their 4th wedding anniversary celebration.

To further drive his point home, the singer showered encomiums on his wife on his Instagram page.
He wrote: “18 years ago, I met this beautiful human being and four years ago, she said yes to be by my side through it all.
“Words cannot express how much she means to me; my true African Queen…”
Annie has again made public how she feels for her musician husband.

She lit up like a million stars when she described her marriage in a recent chat.
She said, “I feel blessed to be married to 2face and I’m glad that we share something special. In fact, our marriage is a blessing.”
She went further to describe how she feels that 2face dedicated the remix of the iconic song to her.
“Naturally, I feel good about it and I can tell you that any woman would love such a thing.
“It is a beautiful thing when the person you love appreciates you. It ranks among one of the best feelings in the world,” the mother of two gushed.
2baba is a national, continental and international award-winning singer who over they years have proven he stands the test of time as far as music is concerned.
