Dammy Krane not free, no court acquitted him
A statement obtained from Mr. Konstantin, Tapjets’ Head of flight safety and security, reads:
“There is a 180-day delay in bringing full charges. Information from our attorney indicated that his accomplice, Chukwuebuka Ilochonwu, is giving police full cooperation. Recall that the 25-year-old singer was arrested and booked on the 2nd of June in the US for grand theft, credit card fraud and Identity fraud but was released on bail a few days after he pleaded not guilty to the charges and met his bail condition that was set at $7,500.
Krane’s arraignment hearing was scheduled for August 17 after he appeared in the United States Court for trial on 1 August, 2017 at the Justice Building, Room 4-3 with Courtney Erikas his defense attorney and Migiel De La Oas the judge. But following his appearance in court, he was acquainted of the 9-count fraud charges levelled against him in the U.S.
