After his arrest, reports made the rounds that the singer was kicked out of the record label – Hypertek, which brought him to limelight about two years ago and ever since then, he had been searching for sponsors to help with his career. The singer then travelled to the US to find ways he could enhance his career which unfortunately landed him in jail. His exit from the record label was reportedly silent because it was felt that it was not good for both the image of the singer and the record label.

Now, his former boss is vouching for him, insisting that the ‘Amin’ crooner is not that ‘type’ of crazy. The Hypertek Digital boss who previously signed Krane to his record label, dismissed the credit card fraud charges the younger singer is embroiled in, as an ‘implication’. 2face, in a chat with HipTV said: “Dammy is good. Dammy is a young blood. He is very charismatic, very likable and he is talented.”
Speaking about the card fraud case, he added, “He is crazy but he is not that type of crazy. I think it is safe to call implication. He just got caught up in something he knew nothing about because of time, place and association, he just got caught up in in all that. But he is fine now,” the ‘African Queen’ crooner added.
