In comparison with the second generation phone, the latest SE comes with an upgrade to 5G and the addition of Photographic styles to the camera
Two years after Apple decided to continue its SE line, the company has launched another iPhone SE that comes with several upgrades on its sibling. This line of Apple phones was unveiled as budget-friendly alternatives to flagship devices.

Unlike the brand’s top-rated phones which are usually launched for prices above $1,000, the SE offers a way to stay in the Apple ecosystem without breaking your budget.
The latest release features an upgraded chip, the A15 bionic, similar to what is found in the company’s latest flagship phones. It also includes an upgrade to 5G cellular technology.
Like the previous phone of the SE line, this new version maintains the old glass and aluminum frame design, as well as the 4.7-inch Retina HD display. The device is IP67 water-resistant and welcomes back the Touch ID button, which has been phased out from iPhone X.

The iPhone SE camera also gets an upgrade to a 12-megapixel lens, along with many other photography upgrades in the new chip.
This handset remains the cheapest in the iPhone family for a price of $429, although that is a bump from the previous SE model which sold for $399. The company disclosed that the phone can be preordered from this Friday and will hit the stores by March 18.
