Bandits Threaten to Kill 17 Greenfield University Students Today
Unknown gunmen that abducted students from Greenfield university some weeks ago have threatened to kill them.
The bandits have ordered that a ransom of 100 Million naira be paid for the remaining 17 students
The leader of the kidnapping gang also demanded 10 Honda motorcycles be delivered today
The gunmen that abducted the students of Greenfield University, Kaduna State have demanded N100 million ransom for the remaining 17 students.
They threatened to kill the remaining kidnapped students if the ransom is not paid today.
The leader of the gang identified as Sani Idris Jalingo made this known during an interview with Voice of America.
Along with the huge sum of cash, the kidnapper demanded 10 Honda motorcycles from the captives’ family.
It was reported that 22 students of the University in Kaduna were kidnapped, along with the matron of the female hostel.
The bandits initially demanded N800 million and they killed 5 students after the failure of their parents to provide the requested money.
The leader stated that if the N100 million ransom and the motorcycles are not delivered to Kaduna on Tuesday, the remaining students will be killed.
The bandits also confirmed the number of students remaining to be 15 females and 2 males.
