FG To Close Falomo Bridge For 6 Weeks
-The FG has revealed that the Falomo Bridge in Victoria Island will be shut down from Sunday for repairs
-The information was disclosed by The Federal Controller of Works, Olukayode Popoola
-The repair which is expected to last for 6 weeks will require the closure of one lane of the bridge
Federal Controller of Works, Mr. Olukayode Popoola has announced the closure of the Falomo bridge in Victoria Island for repairs.
In a statement on Friday, Popoola said that the closure of the bridge will start from Friday. He however added that traffic enforcement agencies will be available to keep the gridlock minimal.

The public has been advised to cooperate with the law and traffic enforcement agencies as the government does its best to speed up the repairs.
Falomo bridge closure is coming just weeks after the reopening of third mainland.
Third mainland bridge had been partially closed for months to allow the government to carry out maintenance.
