Won't Soyinka’s house in Abeokuta

A viral video appeared online yesterday which some interpreted to be Soyinka’s property in Abeokuta getting attacked by herdsmen.

Police set the record straight by stating that a young Fulani man lost his cow and went into the house of the Nobel Laureate in search of it.

While the Fulani man was leaving he encountered the professor who ordered him to get the animals off his vicinity.

The DPO of Kemta Division heard about the incident and got to the property quickly.
