Ugandan comedian Anne Kansiime and musician Skylanta have announced the birth of their baby boy earlier today.
The news came only 2 days after she revealed the gender of her expected baby on social media.
The child will be the couple’s first in a relationship that has lasted almost 2 years.
Kansiime and Skylanta who began dating only 11 months after her separation from Gerald Ojok had been on the end of a backlash.
She also got criticized for her failure to conceive by many on social media who claimed that she “sold her uterus for fame”.

News of Kansiime’s pregnancy ono cane out for the first time on April 15 after she posted it on Facebook.
