The president addressed various issues that are trending in the country, providing answers after a long period of silence.

On Insecurity and Banditry
President Buhari criticised the killing of people in the north which was reported by Governor Zulum of Borno.
The President disclosed that new chief of staffs have been appointed and tasked to go around the country to make changes.
State Policing
Buhari revealed that he has permitted governors to go back to the old system where police gather to discuss security issues.
He urged governors to endeavour to solve state issues and only seek help where necessary.
Twitter Suspension
Despite the outcry of Twitter suspension in Nigeria is one of the major complaints in the country, President Buhari failed to address it.
When asked about plans for Twitter, he said “I’ll keep it to myself”.
Open Grazing
President Buhari advised governors to refer to the gazette of the first republic.
He stated that herders who stray into another person’s farmland should be arrested.
The president also claimed that Fulani herders from outside Nigeria are responsible for the killings with AK47.

The President referred to the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) as “a dot in a circle, ”.
