MR EAZI MIGHT LOSE HIS SPOT IN THE MUSIC SCENE AS NIGERIANS ARE UPSET.

MR EAZI

EAZI GOT IT HOT:

Hey guys, i could have given this gist while it was happening but for PHCN anyways to those who don’t know what went down yesterday in the music scene between Nigerians and Mr Eazi then i gat you covered. Yesterday Afrobeat singer and 2016 Headies Awards Next Rated award winner, Mr Eazi, had it hot as he almost lost his place in the Nigerian music market if he hadn’t apologized.

Mr Eazi whose real name is Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade said on Twitter that the present day Nigerian sound is influenced by Ghanaian music and this upset Nigerians as they trolled his twitter handle to put in him in a very humble place.

EAZI’S TWEET:

He tweeted: “Ghana’s influence on present day “Naija Sound” cannot be over emphasized. Naija music is & has been a major force affecting the entire African scene. Quality, riddim, business.”
MR EAZIIS EAZI GETTING AHEAD OF HIMSELF?

That’s the case with young artistes in the music industry…the sudden rush of adrenaline as they think they are indispensable or invincible because of some level of popularity that they have been able to attain and thus they bite the same finger that fed them. Or could it be that last year was a really remarkable one for him and he is letting that get the best of him. I mean anyone in his place would, not after winning the “next rated award” and being named “The sound of Africa by Life Magazine. The truth must be told,Nigerians make and mar any celebrity and at such you must be in their good books if you want to remain relevant.

FACTS:

There’s been cases to prove: when P-square fought and separated to do individual records but none sold because Nigerians wanted them back together and just when they came back on the song “Bank Alert” it was like they just dropped their first hit. Nigeria has the largest selling market and they do good music. For this reason is why artistes from other African countries pay homage to Nigerian artistes and want to collaborate on songs. Nigerians put you on the map, believe it or not and Mr Eazi saw this and quickly tendered an apology.

CONCLUSION:

But are Nigerians that quick to forgive? Maybe yea yet one would only determine the answer to that question when the rate at which an artiste’s song is being patronized or voted for. Some Nigerians took to twitter afterwards apologizing to Ycee about not being voted enough for against Mr Eazi on the Next rated Award, last year!

Nevertheless, lets hope Mr Eazi is truly forgiven!
