Popular Nigerian musician Tiwa Savage has reacted to reports that claim that her alleged sex tape was a publicity stunt.

Last week the singer had in an interview disclosed that she was being blackmailed with a sex tape that got into the hands of an unknown person.

She however failed to cave in to the demands of the blackmailer, stating that she will not be blackmailed for “something natural”.

Many had claimed that the sex tape was a publicity stunt for the promotion of her new single “Somebody’s Son” with Brandy.

What is believed to be the sex tape was been released on social media yesterday as it shows a lady that resembles Tiwa having an intimate sexual moment while being filmed.

Tiwa has reacted to comments that the tape was a publicity stunt and slammed all her critics.

On her Instagram story on Monday evening, Tiwa savage posted:

“You hated how I was able to control the narrative and get ahead of a story before it consumed me and how I was able to joke on stage about something you thought will destroy me and make me ashamed .”

It‘s unknown if she was aware that the sex tape had been leaked to social media then.
