Ned Nwoko Reveals That Some People Plan To Assassinate Him

Prince Ned Nwoko has alleged that some people are planning to assassinate him.
The former speaker of the House of Representatives made this revelation while speaking to the media in Abuja.
He said that the plans to assassinate him are connected to a tussle for a piece of land in his community in Delta State.
He also added that there is a competition for who will become the next king.
Ned stated that the plans for assassination were revealed to him on social media by an inmate in Kuje prison.

The inmate had supposedly heard other inmates discussing it and decided to report to Ned.
He went on to explain that the same inmate died mysteriously just 3 weeks after leaving jail and an autopsy was being carried out.
Ned Nwoko reported that an investigation is being carried out after he reported to the police. It is alleged that a businessman in the Oil and Gas sector is responsible for the plot.
He added that even though security had been tightened, a press conference was important to make people aware of the threat to his life.
