Christabel Ekeh, who doubles as a Nigerian and Ghanaian upcoming actress, has reportedly been arrested. According to GH BASE, the actress is presently in Police custody over the nude photos of herself she released on social media. The actress is being interrogated by the Ghana Police in a bid to tighten up indecent exposure laws in the country. Actress Christabel Ekeh arrested in Ghana for posting nude photos.
Recall that earlier this month, the actress, who has starred in popular movies like ‘potomanto’, and ‘sweet mistake’, dismissed speculations that her account may have been hacked or the pictures were posted by someone else.

Actress Christabel Ekeh arrested in Ghana for posting nude photos
This came after she sent the internet into a frenzy when she released her naked pictures on her Instagram page which later was blocked. Although many thought her account was hacked, the actress in an interview said she released the photos herself in order to welcome everybody to the new ‘Christabel’.
The images she displayed on her Instagram page revealed her in a yoga sitting position and in an almost backflip position and the pictures attracted a lot of criticism. She admitted to sharing the nude photos of herself on social media, although, her Instagram page has since been deleted. But she took responsibility for the action, saying her page was not hacked.
In a chat with Joy News, she said displaying nude pictures of herself on social media was a way of introducing to the world the “new” Christabel.

She said, “I noticed the page was taken down but it’s my way of welcoming everyone to the new Christabel”.
When asked who this ‘new Christabel’ was, she replied by saying “it is whoever you can imagine. That’s why I’m not wearing anything. So whatever you want to wear on me, that’s your imagination.”
