Abdulkareem is one musician who is quick to blast and insult colleagues and celebrities. He isn’t one to hold his tongue and lately he has been doing a lot of talking in the press. This time, the ace rapper has come for self-acclaimed Nigerian snapchat king/queen, Bobrisky.

Recall that Bobrisky was arrested on Tuesday 7, 2017 in the Lekki area of Lagos State and there had been speculations surrounding his arrest. One quota had it that his arrest may not be unconnected to the lingering fight between him and serial entrepreneur Toyin Lawani, a fashion designer. Bobrisky had recently slandered Toyin via his Snapchat, after she called him a riff-raff during an interview. Lawani had earlier shared a post, many believe was a subliminal to Bobrisky, who read it and exploded.
Meanwhile, there were also strong indications that his arrest may be related to the fact that he openly declared he was gay.
Following his arrest in Lagos, Bobrisky was transferred to Abuja but before his transfer, he revealed that Toyin Lawani, is behind his ordeal, just like it was speculated.

Bobrisky said he was arrested after he refused to publicly apologize to Ms. Lawani, following their recent spat. He claimed the police petition was filed against him in Abuja and that is why he is being moved to the nation’s capital. He said, in the petition, Lawani claimed that he threatened her.
