49-year-old Billionaire, Elon Musk is now the world’s richest man for the third time in 2021.
The Tesla CEO gained $9.81 billion due to 6.18% gains in Tesla shares and is now worth $190 billion. The market value of the company currently stands at $712 billion.
Musks’ gain was enough to take him ahead of Amazon founder, Jeff Bezos who is worth $185 billion on the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.

Jeff Bezos regained the top spot only a few days ago when Tesla shares plunged.
Tesla Inc stocks were highly purchased during Wednesday’s trading session after a dip that erased the company’s gains in 2021.
Also, Microstrategy CEO, Michael Saylor has revealed that Musks’ SpaceX is exploring the benefits of making Bitcoin investments.
Reports have shown that SpaceX raised $850 million from a leading investor.
This brings the company’s valuation to $74 billion and added $11 billion to Elon Musk’s wealth from August 2020 till date.
