The Amazon founder recently shelled out half a billion dollars to Dutch yachtmaker, Oceano for a superyacht.

The yacht which is the largest sailing boat in the Netherlands is set to be completed in 2 months, 2 years after it was ordered.

Bezos’s superyacht named project Y721 is so big that it has its own support yacht, along with a helipad.

While 500 million is generational wealth for some people, this amount is only a fraction of Bezos’s $191 billion net worth.

In fact, while everyone was dealing with the effect of the lockdown in 2020, Bezos added a whopping $75 billion to his fortune.

The project Y721 comes at almost double the price Bezos paid for the Washington Post in 2013.
