The world’s number one cryptocurrency has gained more acceptance in recent times.
Despite a ban on cryptocurrency by the CBN, it has not stopped the growing acceptance of crypto assets.

George residence, one of Nigeria’s major hospitality organizations has announced plans to start accepting Bitcoin as a means of payment.

According to an official source, guests can now make reservations and pay bills using BTC, the world’s largest crypto asset.
The apartment hotel had become one of the first companies in the country to accept cryptocurrency.
The CEO of the organization, Yanju George referred to Bitcoin a the currency of the future and his aim is to strong position the company before total acceptance.

George Residence will partner with Coinest Africa to implement a system that can accept Bitcoin payments from guests.

Apart from the acceptance, the hotel apartment will also make BTC their primary reserve to serve as a hedge against inflation.
