
Sunday Igboho Takes Anti-herdsmen Crusade To Ogun State As Government Denies Him

Sunday Igboho arrived in Ogun state on Monday to continue his battle against Fulani herdsmen.
The activist came to the state’s capital, Abeokuta alongside many supporters.
He went on to visit some of the disturbed areas including Yewaland in the Ogun West Senatorial district.

Igboho had accused the Fulani herdsmen of wreaking havoc by openly grazing their cattle.
The herdsmen have also been accused of kidnapping and killing people in the state.
Speaking with Journalists at his arrival, Sunday Igboho thanked the Ogun state government for allowing him to visit the state.
The Ogun state government has however refuted claims that it welcomed the activist into the state.
The State Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Alhaji Abdulwaheed Odusile released a statement denying that they are offering the activist support in his battle against herdsmen.
Igboho claims that the government is committed to the security of life and property of everyone in the state.
