President Buhari Replaces Service Chiefs
-President Buhari has appointed new service chiefs
-There have been complaints about the state of the country’s security.
-A total of four chiefs were replaced
President Muhammadu Buhari has accepted the resignation of four service chiefs and named replacements today.
The news was announced by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina.
Mr. Adesina also revealed that the chiefs have retired from service.

The four chiefs retired include the Chief of Defence Staff, General Abayomi Olonisakin; Chief of Army Staff, Lt-Gen. Tukur Buratai, Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Ibok Ekwe Ibas, and Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar.
They will be replaced by Major-General Leo Irabor, Major-General I. Attahiru, Rear Admiral A.Z Gambo, and Air-Vice Marshal I.O Amao respectively.
