-An accident occurred at Akungba on Saturday, claiming the life of 8 students

-This has forced School Management to shut down Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba- Akoko in Ondo State

-A cement truck rammed into shops, causing the death of 3 siblings and leading to protest.

The management at Adekunle Ajasin University has ordered the shutdown of the institution after a fatal accident that claimed the life of many.

The accident occurred on Saturday, January 23 as a Truck ran into shops on the other side of the institution.

Those killed during the accident include 3 siblings who were together at that time.

The accident caused students to come out and protest the death of their colleagues.

The University resulted in shutting down the institution to prevent the situation from escalating.

The students were given an ultimatum till 6 pm on Sunday to leave the school premises.
