There is so much ado and outrage in Nigeria concerning today, May 1 which is Workers Day annually. Workers Day, where is Buhari.
While some Nigerians on social media have created a new hashtag, #WhereIsBuhari, Senate President, Bukola Saraki has spoken.
Saraki described Nigerian workers as the life-blood and driving force of the nation’s development in view of their invaluable contributions.
He said Nigeria would have been nothing without the hardworking workers.
The Senate President made this known in a statement signed by his Special Adviser, Media and Publicity, Yusuph Olaniyonu, in Abuja.
To mark the 2017 Workers’ Day celebration, Saraki lauded the resilience and commitment of workers in both the formal and informal sector.
He described their contribution to the nation and the economy as priceless…
Meanwhile, following Buhari’s ill health, he has not been spotted in public in the past few days.
