War In Chocolate City; Victoria Kimani To Dump Label
There is currently war in Chocolate city as Victoria Kimani who just released her debut album “Safari”announces that it will be her last with the record label.
Here is what she wrote on Instagram;
Now bustling with anticipation, her sight now seems set on a future without the record label.
“Mann “these labels got me feelin independent!!!!” But still I keep pushing cuz greater is HE that is in me than he that is in the world.
“SAFARI is my last project with @choccitymusic …. Excited about what’s NEXT!,” she wrote.
Until now, the American- born Kenya star has had a good relationship with the record label. Apart from the fact that she said she’s being getting little or no support from the record label, I wonder what else might be wrong?
The beautiful talented singer has been with the label since 2012.
Since her saying this on social media, her soon to be ex-record label are yet to make any comment on this.
Mehn…but why would any one leave their artiste unattended to? I’m not taking sides though, I have no idea was going down in there.
I wish all of them good luck and whatever it is they wish themselves.
