Barely two weeks after news made the rounds that Kenney Rodriguez, husband of popular Nollywood actress, Uche Jombo was cheating on her, he has come out to openly apologize to his wife, noting that the news was unfounded. Uche Jombo’s husband.
It was earlier reported that the marriage was allegedly heading for the rocks after Jombo’s Puerto Rican husband was rumoured to be dating a 22-year-old African-American student. The news came after unconfirmed gist also suggested that the marriage of the actress might be reaching a low point after her comments and activities became less frequent on social media (which often makes part of the prelude to a bad divorce).

In June, 2017, the actress revealed that her marriage to Rodriguez was not troubled after she removed her husband’s name from her social media page on Instagram; but this is just a preamble to the kicker.
Folks discovered that, and many of her followers also noticed that she did not mark her 5th wedding anniversary on May 16, as she had done the previous years on her Instagram page, and this fueled the rumour that her marriage has hit the rocks.

Following this, her husband publicly apologised to her for the breakup news flying around, saying he has taken legal action against the purveyors.

Here’s what he wrote: “I would like to publicly apologize to my wonderful wife Uche Jombo for the foolishness that has been speculating the internet.
“I’ve already taken legal action however I would like to take this opportunity to formally say ‘I’M SORRY’ to my wife because she’s undeserving of this negative inaccurate press that no one will wish upon their loved one,” he added.
