Police officers are employees of a law enforcement agency in their country, region, or city. They are warranted by the government to enforce the law by arresting criminals and detecting and preventing crimes. Because keeping the peace is a primary need of society, police officers have been around since civilization began. Yes! I can go on and on but chaiii, this shame is too much. A video has just surfaced online showing a so called ‘police officer’ who drank to stupor and rolling on the floor with his uniform. Shameful right? Well, the video has since gone viral and people are beginning to ask questions.
Although it is yet to be ascertained where the incident actually happened but the language heard on the background depicts it is in a community in Nigeria as residents were seen pouring buckets of water on the officer, who kept saying, “Woe onto you.” Haha. Na only you waka come?

A police officer’s primary duty is to maintain public order. Patrol officers on foot, in a car, or even on horseback spend their days dealing with individuals who break the law. Police officers are trained to defend both themselves and possible victims. Ultimately, they keep streets and neighbourhoods safe, even if that safety requires them to engage in situations where they may have to put their lives on the line.

But what can this one do? What peace can he maintain in his drunk state? Rather, he is the one causing a nuisance to residents. The man on uniform was heavily drunk that he could not hold himself standing, of course, residents could not help but humiliate him by pouring buckets of water on him. Lol.
