Few days ago, it was widely reported in the media that the Nigerian government was planning to put repentant Boko Haram members on a N150,000 monthly salary. The news although was later debunked as Fake News by Bashir Ahmad, an aide to President Muhammadu Buhari still generated a lot of comments and reactions from Nigerians who were dismayed by the development.
